Why is my internet speed slow?

Internet speed can vary depending on local network coverage, signal strength, network congestion, buildings, terrain, your device, and your selected plan.

Try the following:

  1. Restart your phone.
  2. Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
  3. Make sure Simfinity eSIM is selected for Mobile Data.
  4. Make sure Data Roaming is turned on for Simfinity eSIM.
  5. Try manually selecting another supported network if available.
  6. Check whether your data balance or daily high-speed allowance has been used.

For Unlimited plans, speed is reduced to 128 Kbps until local midnight after using the daily 1GB high-speed allowance.
