Internet speed can vary depending on local network coverage, signal strength, network congestion, buildings, terrain, your device, and your selected plan.
Try the following:
- Restart your phone.
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
- Make sure Simfinity eSIM is selected for Mobile Data.
- Make sure Data Roaming is turned on for Simfinity eSIM.
- Try manually selecting another supported network if available.
- Check whether your data balance or daily high-speed allowance has been used.
For Unlimited plans, speed is reduced to 128 Kbps until local midnight after using the daily 1GB high-speed allowance.
