What if the installation link does not work?

If the installation link does not work, please check:

  1. You opened the link on the device where you want to install the eSIM.
  2. Your device supports eSIM.
  3. Your device is carrier-unlocked.
  4. Your Apple device uses iOS/iPadOS 17.4 or later.
  5. Your Android device uses Android 10 or later.
  6. For Android, you opened the link through Chrome, Gmail, or SMS where possible.
  7. The eSIM has not already been installed.

If the link still does not work, install the eSIM using the QR code or manual installation details.

Do not delete any installed eSIM before contacting Simfinity support.
