Because Simfinity eSIMs are digital products, refunds are limited after the eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, connected to a supported network, or partially used.
If your eSIM cannot be installed, activated, or used due to a verified technical issue not caused by you, Simfinity may offer a replacement eSIM, re-provisioning, account credit, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the case.
You must contact support and reasonably cooperate with troubleshooting before a refund can be reviewed.
