I bought the wrong country or plan. What should I do?

If you bought the wrong country, region, or data plan, please contact Simfinity support as soon as possible before installing or activating the eSIM.

Do not install, activate, use, or delete the eSIM until support reviews your case.

Please send your order email, the plan you bought, the destination you actually need, and whether the eSIM has already been installed or used.

Because eSIMs are digital products, changes, replacement, credit, or refund options depend on order status, delivery status, installation status, activation status, usage, and product conditions.
