An eSIM QR code or installation link can usually be used only once.
If your QR code says it has already been used, first check whether the eSIM has already been installed on your device.
On iPhone:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data
On Android:
Settings → Connections / Network & Internet → SIM Manager / SIMs
Look for a new eSIM or mobile plan, such as “Simfinity”, “Travel”, or another newly added line.
If the eSIM is already installed, do not delete it. Select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming when you are ready to use it.
If you are not sure, contact Simfinity support before trying to install the same QR code on another device. Please send your order email, phone model, screenshot of the error, and screenshot of your SIM/eSIM settings.
