If your iPhone shows an error while scanning the QR code, do not immediately try to scan the same QR code again on another device.
First, check whether the eSIM has already been installed:
Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data
Look for a new eSIM or mobile plan, such as “Simfinity”, “Travel”, or another newly added line.
If the eSIM is already installed, select it for mobile data and turn on data roaming when you arrive at your destination.
If you are not sure, contact Simfinity support before deleting the eSIM or trying to install it on another device.
